To aid with polymer identification for plastic recycling purposes, many plastic product manufacturers have taken to marking their products with a plastics identifcation marking system, but this only covers the major plastic groups which are currently being recycled. Many other plastics types are classed as "Others" in the system.

Below is a more detailed list of those other polymers types. These are all thermoplastics or thermoplastic rubbers and as such can be recycled.
